ROCKET GRO COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to,

Boom Radio’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here (the“General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General

Terms shall be referred to as the “terms”.

ITEM 1: COMPETITION

ROCKETGRO the “Competition”).

ITEM 2: PROMOTER

Boom Radio , registered office: 43 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, Warks,  CV32 5QZ

 (the “Promoter”).

This is a Boom Radio competition, running only on Boom Radio

ITEM 3: WEBSITE

Boomradio.co.uk/ (the “Website”).

ITEM 4:

COMPETITION LAUNCH AND CLOSING.

Entrants can enter the Competition via the website page from 00.00am on 28th  April 2022 (the “Launch Time”) until 23:59 on  5th May  2022 (the “Closing Time”).

Any entries received before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time(for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The Competition is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over on the date of their entry.

Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.

ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS

The Promoter will stage the competiion on the Boom Radio website. Links will be made available to the contest page via email newsletters and social media .

The contest is free to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person.

ITEM 7: DRAW

DETAILS

The winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from all entrants and notfied by the promoter. The winner's name will be announced.

ITEM 8: PRIZE

Each winner will be invited to visit the RocketGro website and choose 12 products. The selected items will then be delieverd to them .
