This winter, Vintage Trains are proud to once again be hosting The Polar Express Train Ride from Birmingham Moor Street Station.

A real steam locomotive will draw heritage carriages with The Polar Express film theatrically recreated onboard - with the first gift from Father Christmas – a silver bell that only rings for those who believe!

The Train Ride runs from 22nd November – 23rd December, with the experience lasting approximately one and a half hours.

Vintage Trains operates heritage steam and diesel trains across Britain on the mainline network, taking passengers on days out to Stratford-upon-Avon onboard The Shakespeare Express, or longer trips to historic and exciting destinations such as York, Scarborough, Plymouth, Carlisle, Llandudno, and many more!

Terms and Conditions

The prize winner will have a choice of premium tickets on either 18:30pm on Saturday 20th December or 18:30pm on Tuesday 23rd December. The value of the prize (for a table of 4 people) is £276.00.

Premium tickets include the full performance onboard one of our heritage first class carriages, including the hot chocolate and cookie for each passenger as well as the first gift of Christmas from Father Christmas – a silver bell that only rings for those who believe!

Additionally each passenger will receive a ceramic mug, exclusive to this year’s Polar Express, and a polar express bag per table. The golden tickets, as in the film, will be handed out when checking in on the day.
