SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to,

Boom Radio’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here (the“General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General

Terms shall be referred to as the “terms”.

ITEM 1:

COMPETITION

SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER the “Competition”).

ITEM 2:

PROMOTER

Boom Radio , registered office: 43 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, Warks,  CV32 5QZ

 (the “Promoter”).

This is a Boom Radio competition, running only on Boom Radio

ITEM 3:

WEBSITE

Boomradio.co.uk/ (the “Website”).

ITEM 4:

COMPETITION

LAUNCH AND

CLOSING.

Entrants can enter the Competition via text (see below) or via the

Website from 06.00am on Monday 14^th Feb 2022 (the “Launch Time”)

until 19:00 on Friday 25th Feb  2022 (the “Closing Time”).

Any entries received before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time

(for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: ENTRANT

RESTRICTIONS

The Competition is open to UK and Channel Islands residents aged 16

years or over on the date of their entry.

Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company

in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, are

excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be

considered.

Entrants must obtain permission from the bill payer before texting to

enter the Competition.

ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS

The Promoter will broadcast the Competition between 06.00 on Monday

14th Feb 2022 and 19.00 on Friday 25th Feb 2022. There are two ways of

entering the Competition.

The first route is by texting the keyword BOOM to 64343. Entries received

before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time will not be counted but

may still be charged. Texts will cost £1.00 from the UK plus the entrant’s

standard network message charge. Entrants will receive a bounce back

message to confirm entry. If an entrant texts a second time from the

same mobile number (at a further cost of £1.00 plus their standard

network message charge) they will automatically be entered into the

draw a 3rd time free of charge. Participants may enter the Competition

more than once.

If the message does not start with the valid Keyword, or is not sent to the

valid number, it will not be entered. Entrants will receive an automated

SMS response to their SMS message confirming their entry.

The second route is via the station Website. Entries received before the

Launch Time or after the Closing Time will not be counted. email entry

is free. Participants may enter the Competition more than once on-line

but will be restricted by a maximum of 1 entry per email address. Once

this maximum has been reached the entrant will not be able to enter the

Competition from the same email address again.

 

ITEM 7: DRAW

DETAILS

The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw from all entrants

who successfully texted in the keyword BOOM or entered on-line within

the stated contesting time.

An entrant will only become a winner if they are confirmed during a

conversation with the promoter’s representative as the winner.
