Ambassador Cruise Line Competition Terms & Conditions

These competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Boom Radio’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here (the “General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General

Terms shall be referred to as the “terms”.

ITEM 1: COMPETITION

“Win a special 4-night Ambassador cruise sailing to Hamburg!”

ITEM 2: PROMOTER

Boom Radio , registered office: 43 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, Warks,  CV32 5QZ

 (the “Promoter”).

This is a Boom Radio competition, running only on Boom Radio and promoted via the Boom Radio newsletter and Facebook page.

ITEM 3: WEBSITE

Boomradio.co.uk/ (the “Website”).

ITEM 4:

COMPETITION LAUNCH AND CLOSING.

Entrants can enter the Competition via the website page from 00.01 on 30th April 2026 (the “Launch Time”) until 23:59 on 9th May 2026 the “Closing Time”).

Any entries received before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The Competition is open to UK and Channel Islands residents aged 18 years or over on the date of their entry.

Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.

ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS

The Promoter will stage the competition on the Boom Radio website and it will be promoted on-air and via the Boom Radio newsletter. Links will be made available to the contest page via social media.

The contest is free to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person.

ITEM 7: DRAW

DETAILS

One winner will be chosen by electronic random draw from all entrants and notified by email by the promoter.  Should the winner not reply to the email after 5 days, the promoter may pick an alternate winner. The winner's name may be announced on-air and online.

ITEM 8: PRIZE

The Prize: a twin ocean view cabin for two people, sharing, on A12630 One More Dream – Hamburg’s Festive Delights departing 6 December 2026 on board Ambience for 4 nights.

The cruise prize excludes travel insurance, travel joining costs to the cruise terminal/port; port parking; onboard expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any visa & health certificate charges that may apply; and crew gratuities which will be automatically billed to your onboard account at £7pp per night unless you opt for a drinks package.

The winner must hold a valid passport and comprehensive travel insurance. It is the winner’s responsibility to check any visa and health requirements for the cruise. Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

The final prize draw is supplied by Ambassador and Ambassador reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.

The competition prize cannot be used against an existing booking. The winner’s first name and hometown may be used across Ambassador Cruise Line social media/website platforms.

All guests going onboard the cruise must comply with the requirements for travel as stated on Ambassador Cruise Line website and respect any Government advice at that time.

All guests will need to be over 18 at timing of event/sailing and will be required to have a valid passport. The prize is non-transferrable, no cash alternative is available and travel to port is not included. Ambassador’s normal booking conditions apply.

Except for the winners for purposes set out in these terms and conditions, your entry data will be deleted one month after all winners have been selected, unless you check the Opt-In for marketing box.
