'WIN A MAJESTIC LINE CRUISE' COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Boom Radio’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here (the “General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General
Terms shall be referred to as the “terms”.
ITEM 1: COMPETITION
WIN A MAJESTIC LINE CRUISE the “Competition”).
ITEM 2: PROMOTER
Boom Radio , registered office: 43 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, Warks, CV32 5QZ
(the “Promoter”).
This is a Boom Radio competition, running only on Boom Radio.
ITEM 3: WEBSITE
Boomradio.co.uk/ (the “Website”).
ITEM 4:
COMPETITION LAUNCH AND CLOSING.
Entrants can enter the Competition via the website page from 00.01 on 13th February 2025 (the “Launch Time”) until 23:59 on 7th March 2025 the “Closing Time”).
Any entries received before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The Competition is open to UK and Channel Islands residents aged 21 years or over on the date of their entry.
Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.
ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS
The Promoter will stage the competition on the Boom Radio website and it will be promoted on-air. Links will be made available to the contest page via email newsletters and social media.
The contest is free to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person.
ITEM 7: DRAW
DETAILS
One winner will be chosen by electronic random draw from all entrants and notified by email by the promoter. Should the winner not reply to the email after 5 days, the promoter may pick an alternate winner. The winner's name may be announced on-air and online.
ITEM 8: PRIZE
The prize will be delivered and no substitutes may be requested. The cruise is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred.
As cruise winners, you must accept that flexibility is required. The itineraries are indicative and may change. Delays and alterations due to unforeseen circumstances can cause inconvenience. The Majestic Line or the skipper may adjust the route due to weather or other conditions. The skipper has final authority over the safety of the vessel and passengers.
You can choose one, three-day cruise in the months of September or October.
In extreme circumstances The Majestic Line (Scotland) Ltd reserves the right to change the name/route of a cruise prior to departure and to also if numbers dictate amalgamate two cruises into one. By amalgamating two cruises into one we envisage the cruise supplied will be a more enjoyable experience for the guests
