'WIN PAUL CARRACK TICKETS ' COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Boom Radio’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here (the “General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General
Terms shall be referred to as the “terms”.
ITEM 1: COMPETITION
'WIN PAUL CARRACK TICKETS the “Competition”).
ITEM 2: PROMOTER
Boom Radio , registered office: 43 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 5QZ
(the “Promoter”).
This is a Boom Radio competition, running only on Boom Radio/Light/Rock.
ITEM 3: WEBSITE
Boomradio.co.uk/ (the “Website”).
ITEM 4:
COMPETITION LAUNCH AND CLOSING.
Entrants can enter the Competition via the website page from 12:00 on 26th March 2026 (the “Launch Time”) until 23:59 on 5th April 2026 (the “Closing Time”).
Any entries received before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The Competition is open to UK and Channel Islands residents aged 16 years or over on the date of their entry.
Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.
ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS
The Promoter will stage the competition on a page housed on the the Boom Radio website - with links will be made available to the contest page via email newsletters.
The contest is free to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person.
ITEM 7: DRAW
DETAILS
One winner will be chosen and notified by email. Should the winner not reply to the email after 5 days or the email failm, the promoter may pick an alternate winner. The winner's name may be announced on-air and online.
ITEM 8: PRIZE
The prize will be one pair of tickets for a Paul Carrack concert in a city chosen by the winner from a list of tour dates, depending on availability. Should the prize not be available, the promoter will offer a suitable replacement.
