Just click 'Listen' on the front page of our website; and then select 'catch-up' at the top left to catch-up on Boom Radio programmes.

For Boom Light or Boom Rock, just click on the appropriate logo top right of the front page of our website and then select 'catch-up' at the top left.

Or - on the Boom Radio UK app on your phone or tablet. Make sure you are set to the correct Boom station (Boom Radio, Boom Light, Boom Rock) on scroll down on the front page of the app to  'catch-up programmes'.  Swipe left to reveal more programmes - and you can also click the turquoise arrow on the right to connect to the programme schedule where those available are marked.

Sadly, not all our programmes are available on catch-up. We encourage listening in real time - just like the good old days!
