Not getting the newsletter?

We're sorry you're not receiving yours.
If you've given us your correct email address, then yours will have been sent automatically when they are published once or twice a month.
We know that thousands are safely received and opened.
If you have not received yours, please check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails are occasionally marked as 'spam' by your online provider as they are sent to so many people. Simply mark it as 'not spam' and move it to your inbox.
And - on mobile phones these days, sometimes email newsletters are collected in a different folder from your normal emails. Do check your folders.
The other reason could be that your mailbox is full - or the newsletter has bounced back.
We find the vast majority of queries about missing newsletters are the above - and our records will show that you have been sent them safely.
Unfortunately, there is little else we can do to help - so please check the above carefully.
If you wish to change the address we send them to, simply enter your new address in the same way you originally signed up. Then, if you wish, just press 'unsubscribe' at the foot of one of the emails sent to your old address.
If you wish to opt out of our newsletter, just press 'unsubcribe' at the foot of any newsletter.
