Terms & Conditions

1. Only one entry per person/advertiser is permitted.
2. The prize consists of a radio advertising campaign on Boom Radio.
3. The campaign must be taken and booked before June 30th , 2027. Specific campaign dates are subject to availability and agreed with Boom Radio.
4. The total number of advertising spots will be delivered across the campaign period, with exact airtime and placement scheduled at the discretion of Boom Radio.
5. The prize includes a single voiced 30-second commercial, created in-house. Any increase in commercial length must be paid for by the winner at the applicable rate.
6. All commercials must be cleared by the RACC (Radio Advertising Clearance Centre) prior to broadcast.
7. Commercial clearance will be managed by Boom Radio.
8. The winner must supply all required copy, production instructions, and materials no later than 10 working days prior to the campaign start date. Failure to do so may result in the campaign being delayed or forfeited.
9. Production of the commercial is included and will be for one Equity rate voice and royalty free library music, and any additional production costs, additional voiceover costs, music licensing, or revisions may incur additional charges payable by the winner.
10. All advertising content must comply with UK advertising regulations, including the BCAP Code, and all other relevant legal requirements.

11. Boom Radio reserves the right to refuse, amend, or withdraw advertising material that does not comply with regulatory requirements, station policies, or broadcast standards.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered
13. No agency commission, discounts, or additional value can be applied to this prize.
14. If the campaign is not booked and completed by 30 th June 2027, the prize will be forfeited.
15. Once campaign dates have been confirmed, changes may not be possible and are subject to availability.
16. Boom Radio reserves the right to refuse advertising from certain product or service categories at its discretion.
17. Boom Radio accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or missed airtime resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
18. Boom Radio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
