TBTD Contest terms
'THAT'LL BE THE DAY' COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to,
Boom Radio’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here (the“General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General
Terms shall be referred to as the “terms”.
ITEM 1: COMPETITION
THAT'LL BE THE DAY the “Competition”).
ITEM 2: PROMOTER
Boom Radio , registered office: 43 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, Warks, CV32 5QZ
(the “Promoter”).
This is a Boom Radio competition, running only on Boom Radio
ITEM 3: WEBSITE
Boomradio.co.uk/ (the “Website”).
ITEM 4:
COMPETITION LAUNCH AND CLOSING.
The Competition opens at 29th August 2026 and closes 1st November 2026.
Any entries received before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time(for whatever reason) will be invalid.
ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
This contest is aimed specifically at those aged 16 and over who are UK and Channel Islands residents who attend That'll Be The Day performances.
Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.
ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS
Entrants can enter the Competition via the dedicated website page. This will be promoted to entrants via leaflets distributed to those who attend That'll Be The Day performances. No responsibility is taken by Boom Radio for any attendees who do not receive the leaflet for whatever reason.
The contest is free to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person in the course of this whole promotion.
Entrants will submit the title of the song played on Boom Radio after the news at 09.00 am on the morning after the That'll Be The Day performance they have attended.
ITEM 7: DRAW
A single winner will be chosen from all correct entries submitted between 29th August 2026 and 27th September. A further winner will be chosen from all correct entries submitted between 8th October and 1st November 2026.
The winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from all correct entries and their name and town may be announced on-air. They will be notified by email by the promoter. Should any winner not reply to the email after 5 days or the email fails to work, the promoter may pick an alternate winner. The name may also be included in a future Boom Radio newsletter.
ITEM 8: PRIZE
Winners will receive the £1000 prize by electronic transfer, by arrangement. Should this not be possible, alternative arrangements will be made.
