'WIN NOT THE SAME WITOUT YOU' COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to,

Boom Radio’s standard terms and conditions which can be found here (the“General Terms”). Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General

Terms shall be referred to as the “terms”.

ITEM 1: COMPETITION

WIN CASH the “Competition”).

ITEM 2: PROMOTER

Boom Radio , registered office: 43 Clarendon Square, Leamington Spa, Warks,  CV32 5QZ

 (the “Promoter”).

This is a Boom Radio competition, running only on Boom Radio

ITEM 3: WEBSITE

Boomradio.co.uk/ (the “Website”).

ITEM 4:

COMPETITION LAUNCH AND CLOSING.

Entrants can enter the Competition via the website page.  Contest opens at 12.00 on Thursday 30th Oct 2025 and closes 23:59 on Friday 31st Oct 2025. 

Any entries received before the Launch Time or after the Closing Time(for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The Competition is open to UK and Channel Islands residents aged 16 years or over on the date of their entry. 

Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.

ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS

The Promoter will stage the competition via the Boom Radio website. Links will be made available to the contest page via email newsletters.

The contest is free to enter. Only one entry is allowed per person.

ITEM 7: DRAW

Two winners will be chosen - one for the London event and one for Liverpool.  All correct entrants selecting the relevant venue shall be entered into the relevant draw/s. Each winner will be chosen by electronic random draw and notified by email by the promoter.  Should the winner not reply to the email in sufficient time to notofy and attend, the promoter may pick an alternate winner. The winner's name may be announced on-air and online.

ITEM 8: PRIZE

Each of the two winners will receive an email invitation to the event. The signed book prize will be given at the event and cannot be organised separately.
